Organizations are increasingly requiring schedule risk Analysis in advance of key decision points to make sure they have a realistic view of their project timeline or schedule. Projects often overun their schedules because the schedule is not the idealized perfect schedule but is influenced by forces that lead to an infeasible plan form the beginning. Both good quality project scheduling and risk analysis will provide a complete of the prospects for the projects timeline.

The Project Scheduler and Project Manager need to know “The Schedule Best Practices” and assure him that these are being applied. Schedule risk analysis is a tricky subject for some organizations that have not yet adopted the concept and practice, although it has been available for over 20 years. Management has a pivotal role in making risk analysis a successful and Managers need to know what they do to facilitate or hinder the exercise.

Participant in this course will receive Earned Value Management (EVM) knowledge, which puts the information you need to determine schedule, cost, estimate at completion, estimate to complete values and project performance indexes.

Ir. Pulung Susilo Rahardjo
He received Bachelor degree in Aeronautical Engineering from Mechanical Engineering Department, Industrial Engineering Faculty, Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB) on 1981.  He has a professional and practice experiences as Project Management Senior Staff more than 35 years in National & Multinational Company special Oil & Gas Onshore & Offshore Industry. He also attended at many project management seminar & course program at Indonesian & overseas institution. He retired from Petronas Carigali Indonesia (PCINO) on year 2014 and focused in Project Management Advisor and Project Management Instructor.
